3. BMS Upgrade for Enhanced Control
- We upgraded the Building Management System (BMS) to provide more precise control over the HVAC system.
- The new setup allows for smarter energy use, system performance tracking and easy integration with Colgate’s broader facilities management tools.
4. New Mechanical Switchboard Installation
- We installed a new mechanical switchboard to meet the higher electrical load of the upgraded HVAC system.
- This ensured compliance with Australian standards and provided a reliable foundation for ongoing system performance.
